Data Controller vs. Data Processor

- FOR USERSWhen Stylists/Professionals sign up for Gluuvo, we act as the Data Controller of your account information (name, email, subscription details).
- FOR CLIENTSWhen a Stylist enters Client Data (appointments, client names) into Gluuvo, the Stylist is the Data Controller and Gluuvo acts strictly as the Data Processor. We process this data solely on behalf of the Stylist.
2. Information We Collect
- Account Data: Name, email address, password, business name, and payment information (processed via secure third-party billing such as Stripe).
- Usage Data: Information on how you interact with the Service, such as features used and time spent.
- Client Data: Data you input about your clients. We do not use this data for our own marketing purposes.
